Qimei's WONDERLOY ® PC alloy can balance the characteristics of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS). PC elements can balance high heat resistance, high impact resistance, high rigidity and high tensile strength, as well as halogen-free flame retardant properties. ABS elements ensure better processability and high impact strength in low temperature environments, making it suitable for electroplating processes. WONDERLOY ® PC alloy has a lower specific gravity, which can balance excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and high-quality appearance. This material can effectively reduce visible injection marks and is suitable for a wider range of injection molding conditions, while also improving the maintainability of related equipment. Applicable application areas include transportation, networking, 3C electronic products, televisions, household appliances, toys, and sports equipment. Qimei's PC alloy is green and environmentally friendly because the relevant process does not use chlorine gas and does not corrode the mold. This material meets the standards of RoHS, REACH SVHC, and UL.
